Launching of the E-rostering and deployment system with the ultimate aim of integrating into the ecosystem.
Embarking of Company mobile application so that all Metropolis staff can be part of the digital ecosystem.
Collaborating with many technology partners to partake in the transformation of the operations.
Setting up Operations and technology teams to convince and buy in our clients.
Much work is in progress and we are hopeful we will stay relevant in the final outcome.
More importantly, in terms of caring for our workforce, we have earned industry recognition too.
We have won accolades in our workplace learning journey and have led the industry ably in this direction.
Winning the SHRI awards in three different categories is testament to our focus in advancing human capital.
We will spare no efforts in upskilling and reskilling our workforce so as to prepare them adequately for the changing industry landscape.
We have also eagerly donated to the ACSA Educational Awards as well as the NTUC Ucare fund.
