I am writing to express my deepest gratitude and to formally commend our Security Head, Kana, and his team for their exceptional bravery and professionalism in ensuring the safety of my family.Recently, we faced a distressing situation involving loan sharks targeting our helper. In one specific incident, an individual arrived at our doorstep posing as a "Lalamove" delivery rider. Kana's intuition and vigilance were remarkable; he immediately sensed something was wrong and came to our unit to intercept the individual. The way Kana handled the situation was truly heroic;<br /> - Decisive Action: He physically intervened and removed the individuaL from our unit.<br /> - Thorough Investigation: He conducted a professional interrogation, recorded video evidence, and identified the man as a loan shark.<br /> - Proactive Reporting: He documented all personal details to assist the police in case of any investigations.<br /> Since that day, Kana and his team have gone the extra-extra mile, proactively screening every visitor and calling us personally every single time someone arrives to see us. This level of dedication has provided my family with an immense sense of peace and security during a very vulnerable time.<br /> Beyond his technical skills, I am particularly impressed by Kana's leadership. It is evident that he treats his team with immense care and respect. For the first time in many years that we have been here, we see a security team that is genuinely motivated, happy, and ready to go above and beyond for the residents.<br /> We are incredibly grateful to Kana and his team. Under his leadership, the security at our condo has been phenomental. We hope his dedication and heroic actions are recognized accordingly.<br />

I am a resident of TreeHouse Condominium, where your company provides security services.<br /> I would like to commend your staff member, Siva, for his help in retrieving my lost items in the early morning of Monday, 24 November 2025.<br /> At about 11.00 PM on Sunday, 23 November, during strong winds and heavy rain, a poolside bench and a chair were blown into the swimming pool. My personal items - including my iPhone, Shokz earbuds with charging case, spectacles, condo access and clothes - were on the bench and were swept into the pool as well. I managed to retrieve my iphone, spectacles and access card from the pool, but the earbuds and clothes could not be found.<br /> I called the TreeHouse security post at around 11:30 PM that night and spoke with Siva. He was courteous and assured me that he would help look for the missing items once it was brighter. When the rain stopped at about 1:30 AM on Monday, I went to the security post to speak with him in person. He was very professional and carefully recorded the details of the missing items.<br /> When I returned to the security post at around 7:40 AM on Monday, Siva's colleagues handed my missing earbuds and clothes back to me. I understand that Siva had helped to locate them. I am very grateful for his kindness, responsibility and dedication.<br /> I would also like to take this opportunity to commend another of your staff, Kobi, who is always polite and helpful to me and many other residents. He patrols diligently at night and conscientiously records his observations with photos.<br /> I hope that both Siva and Kobi can be recognised for their excellent service.

She recognised that this person was a visitor and that no accompanying host was present while she was using the treadmill in the gym.<br /> Upon checking and verifying, the visitor admitted that she was indeed not staying in the estate and had been using the gym facilities without a host accompanying her.<br /> I would like to commend Ms Lingges for being smart, sharp, observant, and diligent in her duties. She went the extra mile to notice, check, and act on this irregularity instead of overlooking it. “I would like to give praise and highlight the standard of service provided to my guests on Saturday, 06 Jul 2024, evening time (around 5pm or so). I received feedback from my guests who were here for a gathering that the guards who were on duty on Saturday were very affable and welcoming. The guards made sure to check that my guests knew how to make their way to my block and even provided directions to some when they showed their pre-registration invitation. These actions made my guests feel very welcomed from the get-go and I wanted to write in to give praise and recognition where it is due. However, our forwarder (Export) did not perform the arrangements well, so we must work closely with our security team to ensure our premises are safe at all times. “I want to commend our morning shift security team on the latest drowning incident at Foresque Residences. Recently on 24 Jun 24 evening, our guardhouse received a distress call from one of our residents seeking assistance for AED. All our security team on site have played their part to immediately attend and provide assistance to the family. On behalf of the MCST 4167, we truly appreciate their vigilance and much needed help and would like to take this opportunity to thank them again.”

On behalf of MCST 4167, we would like to express our sincere appreciation for the Night Security Team on duty last night, 25th December 2019. We had an incident last night where a visitor car was driving against our carpark traffic and drive straight at the carpark’s pillar. The driver was hysterical and tried to run out from our estate. But luckily our Officers on the ground who attended the incident and the Offices inside the guard house have coordinated very well. To cut the story short, Officers on duty, Josephine, Deva and Neela have managed the incident well and their timely response have been noted by the Council which happen to be at the carpark at that time. I would like to highlight as well, Mr. Kirinath (OE) on guiding the team on the ground and his timely response and update to MA. Overall the OE in-charge and permanent Officers stationed in Foresque Residences demonstrate utmost professionalism and diligent about resolving and assisting residents on any issues that arises and always go beyond what they are asked for.

SSO Jamil is a definite team player with a vast of knowledge and experiences. He has been with us since late February to date and has shown an exemplary conduct throughout the course of his appointment in Merit. He is always helpful, cheerful and friendly but not overly, and most of our staff has commended him of being polite towards everyone but is discipline where needed. He is committed and alert in carrying out his responsibility and I should say he is indeed an Officer who is willing to go the extra mile for its client. We are very glad to have him in our team.

On the swimming pool accident involving a young boy who injured his head after diving into the shallow end of the pool. He received 13 stitches and is now resting at home – SSO Kalai reported the incident of Sunday 20th June and did an excellent job much beyond her scope of duties by keeping the boy company all the while till the boy’s mother advised WSSO Kalai that she will send him to hospital.

We commend our Day Officers: SS Komathy, SO Sathia, WSO Priya and WSO Selvi for able to control the police situation, facility bookings and the whole day operations without fail nor hiccups the whole shift. Your company must take care of these kind of Officers as they show presence of mind even in incidents like these and have the knowledge on handling such tough situations even with limited resources.

We wish to express our appreciation to security supervisor Ms. Jamnah Binte Hamzah of the Metropolis Security. She had gone out of her way to assist us to provide the unit of a drug suspect staying at Hillview Park Condo at No 19 Hillview Ave Singapore 669554 in September 2020. As a manager of the Admin Department, I wish to commend your security officers Jacqueline Chow and Lim Hock Hoe for the way they handle our daily tasks and problems in a calm and patient manner. Both officers are courteous and friendly to Liberty’s staff and our customers.

Officers have taken great initiative to utilize the existing resources to carry out screening at visitor lane, more than the requirement of 1 car at a time. The action has ease up the traffic at the same time. Second observations was Officers have directed pick and drop off Taxi to residents’ lane under certain circumstances to ease the traffic at visitor’s lane, even though traffic outside compound is not guarding duty. Kudos to the extra mile.
