The PWM era has just arrived and it appears to be largely a non event. This is attributable to the seeds that we have sown one and a half year back. We have been preparing diligently and fastidiously for this PWM era. Doubtless to say, there are still loose ends that need to be addressed. So continue to stay focused and not lose our head.

Stay focused too on our Vision. It says :

“To be the foremost Security Agency in Singapore providing high quality security services as well as to set a high industry standard in terms of providing and caring for our workforce.”

We are on track to being the foremost Security agency in Singapore. We have achieved many years of continuous recognition from agencies’ governing body.

Our men, systems and work processes have been intrinsically groomed to ensure this. Every single department is an important component in the entire Metropolis organization, akin to the clockwork mechanism.

In terms of caring for our workforce, we will endeavor to be the one of the best employers in Singapore. This we have plenty of room to improve.

Moving forward, we can harness technologies to streamline our work more efficiently and with economies of scale. At the moment, the technological advantage is still something we are yearning for. This is the area that we need to spawn ideas and collaborate with technological companies.
