The Progressive Wage Model (PWM) for the Security industry will be implemented by 1 Sep 2016, and will create a roadmap for raising basic wages, skills and productivity, and set out an approach for reducing the industry’s reliance on excessive overtime hours to meet manpower needs. A total of 25,000 Security personnel are expected to possess the required Security PWM WSQ modules by then. In line with the PWM launch, the Security AOP is made available to experienced Security Officers (SOs) and provides an alternative to the Training and Assessment route for experienced SOs who already possess the relevant skills, experience and knowledge and achieve an SOA without having to undergo classroom training.

Client Testimonial

I wish to compliment one of the newly joined security guard. He is polite and he behaved professionally. Last Sunday, my friend ’5 child had a cut on the foot beside the pool. Her toe was bleeding. SO Shan came with the kit box and attended to the child professionally. I was quite impressed that he was well trained in giving first aid to the injured girl. I would like to thank him for what he has done.
